　　4.2 維護規(guī)程及維護方法

　　使用管理

　　3 使用管理：

　　(1)每次使用凈工作臺時，實驗人員應(yīng)先開啟凈工作臺上的紫外燈，紫外照射30分鐘后使用。

　　(2)開啟凈工作臺工作電源，關(guān)閉紫外燈，并用75%的酒精或0.5%過氧乙酸噴灑擦拭消毒工作臺面。

　　(3)整個實驗過程過程中，實驗人員應(yīng)按照無菌操作規(guī)程操作。

　　(4)實驗結(jié)束后，用消毒液擦拭工作臺面，關(guān)閉工作電源，重新開啟紫外燈照射15分鐘。

　　日常維護

　　(5)檢查IVC機組各種表頭指針及目視各籠盒內(nèi)的動物情況，估測IVC運行情況。

　　(6)記錄影響實驗動物繁殖、生長、發(fā)育的主要環(huán)境參數(shù)，如溫度、相對濕度、日溫差、籠盒內(nèi)外壓差等。

　　2.凈工作臺操作使用程序及規(guī)范

　　(1)人員帶好一次性口罩、帽子及醫(yī)用乳膠手套。。

　　(2)用雙手輕輕抬起IVC籠盒外端，沿籠架擱擋向外移出籠盒，放在凈工作臺旁的不銹鋼小推車上。

　　(3)用藥液噴霧器充分噴灑雙手手套外表及IVC籠盒的外面，消毒滅菌并沾粘住表面的塵埃，防止進入凈臺時被層流氣體吹揚。也可用帶手套的雙手浸入藥液容器中，撈起并擰干藥液毛巾，擦干手套外液滴，同時擦一下籠盒的外表。
